Complete Business VoIP Service – ISDN30 replacement - UK Only

Our complete Business VoIP service is designed as a cost effective alternative to ISDN30 circuits and delivers up to 50% savings on both setup and on-going rental. Our service provides a combination of SIP Trunks and dedicated SDSL circuit with guarantees over voice quality and is compatible with most SIP based PBX systems.

The Service range consists of a 2Mb uncontended (1:1) SDSL circuit* – combined with a backup ADSL circuit for the unbeatable price of £44 (plus VAT) per month. This will allow our customers to carry up to 14 simultaneous calls with no degradation in call quality.  We provide a complete service including SIP Trunks and Number Provision and this allows us to deliver an ISDN30 comparable service at a saving of up to 50% on both installation and monthly rental charges. (Please note that when using our SDSL circuits for other purposes the monthly rental charges start at £99.00)

SIP Trunks

SIP Trunks deliver the actual calls; so for example, if you require 10 concurrent calls then you need 10 SIP Trunks. Monthly rental of SIP Trunks are £4 per trunk.

Provisioning of Numbers

We can offer you a full range of UK regional numbers allowing you to have the dialing code you require. In addition to this, any BT Retail number can be ported to our network, allowing you to retain you to retain your number when moving premises. One of the many advantages of SIP is the ability to have numbers from any dialing code delivered to your office regardless of where you are located.

How much does the service cost and what are the components that make up the service?

SDSL Circuit

First you need an SDSL circuit. Dependent upon the distance you are from the telephone exchange, an SDSL circuit can support up to 14 concurrent calls with no compression. If you require more concurrent calls than this then you need multiple SDSL circuits.

The monthly charge for an 1:1 SDSL circuit is £44 per month and minimum contract length is 3 month.

SIP Trunks

Every concurrent call that you require will need a SIP Trunk. We charge a one off setup fee and an ongoing monthly rental charge for this service.

  • Set up per trunk - £10
  • Monthly rental (per trunk) - £4

Analogue Line

You will require an analogue phone line for the SDSL circuit. This can either be an existing circuit or we can supply one for £12 per month

DDI Numbers

We can supply DDI numbers in blocks of 10 for any geographic region. We can also port your existing numbers into our service.

  • Planning Fee for DDI numbers - £25
  • Set up fee per block (10 DDi's) - £5
  • Monthly rental per DDI range (10 DDI's) - £1

* Maximum SDSL speed is 2MB but this may be less depending on your distance from the exchange. Once we have your postcode we can confirm the anticipated line speed.
