Based on SIP

The Konftel 300IP can be connected either to your IP PBX system or direct to a VoIP sevice provider. the phone is based on SIP (RFC 3261) and is compatible with most of the SIP platforms available on the market. In order to simplify connection, the Konftel 300IP also supports Power over Ethernet (PoE).

Make 5 way calls

The Konftel 300IP can handle four SIP connections at the same time. You can also link the connection up for a local 5 way call.

User Profiles

Up to four users can save their preferred settings and personal contacts, which are displayed after password protected log in.

Call recording on memory card

The Konftel 300IP supports SD memory cards, which makes it possible to record your meetings, dictate file notes to it and circulate the files to groups for information or individuals for specific action. How's that for customer service?

Connect a Wireless headset

With a headset connected to the Konftel 300IP, the sound from the headset and the phone is transmitted simultaneously to other parties. This is a smart function for lecture situations.

The Conference guide makes calls easier

The conference guide can store up to 20 groups per profile, which makes repeat telecommunications easier to set up. A few simple pushes of a button are all it takes to contact the required group.

Phonebook

Save up to 1000 contacts per user profile in the phone book. The contacts can easily be imported via the web interface.

Easy configuration via the Web interface

Configuration of the Konftel 300IP is made in the Menu or through the Web Interface. Settings and contacts can be imported and exported for easy transfer.

Extension capacity for larger rooms

Expansion microphones increase the voice pickup range from the 30 square metres to more than twice that. The Konftel 300IP's omnidirectional microphone combined with the directional microphones ensure optimal voice pickup in larger meetings. For even more impressive audio sound, the Konftel 300IP can be connected to an extrenal PA system after upgrading with optional software.
