Although the AT510 or AT530 doesn't have a seperate headset port there are customers using headsets either in the handset port or sharing the handset port. To help in this scenario, Atcom has added functionality into the firmware to allow call centre type functionality. This is described below.

In the At-510 and AT-530, there is a special feature for the call center environment. In the page audio setting, there is a check box “disable handsfree”. When you enable this button, the speaker mode will be disabled and the speaker button will have the same function as the hook flash:Hook on and hook off allowing the user to use the headset without having to lift the handset.
