We have finally integrated our VoIP Service into the website so existing customers can now top up credit online and add additional services as required. New customers have the ability to create new accounts.

We have also released a draft document detailing the  online service which also contains information on configuring the SIP or IAX VoIP Service. The latest version of the manual can be always be found at the following link:

We have identified a minor bug within our new shopping cart software that occurs during the secure login process. The result is a page cannot be displayed when you first enter your username and password. Our web developers are investigating the root cause of the problem and will shortly fix this issue. If you do experience this problem then please just refresh your browser as the bug in know way prevents you from logging into your account or completing the shopping cart process.

In an effort to provide our customers with the broadest selection of checkout options, we are pleased to announce that we now offer Google Checkout alongside our existing Paypal and Nochex payment options.

Here's what you need to know about using Google Checkout:

1. Your credit/debit card information is stored in your Google Checkout account. Charges to your credit card are made by Google Payment Corporation, and your credit/debit card information is not shared with IPChitChat or any other merchant that uses Google Checkout.
2. Once you have completed a purchase using Google Checkout, IPChitChat will maintain communications with you regarding shipping, changes to the order, tracking and returns. These communications will be made to the email address you provided when you registered with IPChitChat and are vital in providing you with important information regarding the fulfillment of your order.
3. Within your Google Checkout account, you will have a universal purchase history for all purchases made using Google Checkout whether from ipchitchat.co.uk or any other merchant that uses Google Checkout. Of course, we also offer you the ability to view your IPChitChat order history by clicking on the My Account link at the top of each page on this site when you are logged in.

Based on the feedback of our customers we decided to built a completely new website that would give us the flexibility, scaleability, and functionality required to provide a continually improving service.

You may also notice a change to our domain name.  We have chosen to use ipchitchat.co.uk instead of the previous ipchitchat.com as we feel this better represents our UK base and the vast majority of our customers.  We will of course continue to ship our products worldwide as we appreciate that our competitive prices make our products an affordable option for companies and individuals throughout Europe and the rest of the world.

With this new website we are introducing a number of new features over the coming months to further improve both the buying experience and post-sales support.
