New 3CX licences include 30 days of product upgrade cover. Once your product upgrade cover expires, an upgrade to the latest version costs 60% of the cost of the new licence. As new updates to 3CX are very regular, taking out additional product upgrade cover represents a good investment.

Please note that new we do not provide free telephone and email support on new 3CX licences unless that option is selected at the time of purchase. 3CX users do have free access to web based support tools such as the 3CX user to user forum, 3CX wiki, 3CX FAQs and our 3CX knowledge base but it is highly recommended that you purchase support cover with your new 3CX licence if you feel you will benefit from access to our support team here in the UK.
